What conditions should I be aware of when signing up to the KMM Community?


It is quite a simple set up. You are not locking into contracts and the fees are very competitive so its accessible fo Mums on maternity leave.


Here is some information you might like to know before signing up: 

Catch Up Class, Wet Weather, Package Changes

  • Monthly cycles - commit to one month at a time.

  • If wet weather/unsuitable outdoor training weather - alternate venue will be secured OR Zoom online session will be offered - always a session on/available at your time slot

  • If unable to attend due to personal illness/circumstances/travel I will provide a 30min video for you to complete instead. Option to attend Online Session for that week also.

  • If instructor unable to provide session at your timeslot, I will provide a 30min video for you to complete instead 

  • No transfers, payment holds, pro rata rates

  • Flexibility to change package - 2 weeks notice required

  • 2 weeks notice to cancel

I'm not sure how outdoor training would work with my baby, what does a typical session look like?

At KMM, every session is different and every session is catered to you and baby. I appreciate, being a mum myself, that things don't always go to plan with kids and sometimes they just don't play ball! So here are a few scenarios about what a session might look like:

  • Baby sleeps in the pram the whole session and you get a solid 60min workout!

  • Baby wants cuddles, a feed, a nappy change - you do whatever you need and you place in the circuit/with an exercise partner/your exercise position is waiting for you when ready to re-join.

  • Baby needs to be in a carrier to be happy - this is possible! We can give some gentle and safe movements that you can do with your baby cuddled close to you.

  • Baby wants to crawl everywhere and eat everything. Don't worry, we train right beside your baby and they can follow you around a circuit on their rug so you don't have to take your eyes of bub while still working out.

What should I bring to a session?

  • FOR YOU: towel, water, hat, sunscreen.

  • FOR BABY: baby rug, toys, food, hat, baby carrier, stroller and all other baby supplies
